I turned my garage into a spray booth.  I laid down and hung plastic sheeting to protect from over spray and limit dust. It stopped the over spray but a significant amount of dust and debris got into the roof clear coat. I was literally spraying with one hand and had a pair of tweezers in the other hand. It wasn't the greatest way to paint the car.
